Revolution Profile

I just read an article in The Pentecostal Evangel (May 28, 2006) called "Your Revival Profile" by Ken Horn the Managing Editor. I've listed a few key points that I think you'll enjoy. He writes, "You really want revival if:"
- You have a regular, daily prayer life in which you pray, almost without exception, for revival and the salvation of souls.
- You are a regular at your church's prayer meeting.
- You are burdened for the lost.
- You are grieved by the immorality of society and the lack of holiness among believers.
- Hard, truthful preaching doesn't offend you.
- Worldy things and entertainments seem shallow and unfulfilling.
- You wonder about everyone you meet - the grocery clerk, the pizza delivery guy...everybody: Is his/her soul right with God.
- You long for Holy Spirit power.

I've also made a list of mine own for your personal "revolution" profile. You want to be a revolutionary if:
- You can intimately respond during a worship service reguardless of the songs or style.
- You choose to join a ministry team rather than a sports team.
- You invite others to spiritual gathering REPEATEDLY
- Grey areas and compromise are replaced by black and white and conviction.
- You accept the fact that life on earth is all about life after earth, and you live accordingly.
