Speed The Light!
With only a few weeks left in the year 2006, we are making our final push to reach our goal for giving to Speed The Light. Our goal for 2006 is $10K, and as of right now we are just shy of $6K.
Our STL Banquet was a huge success with over 225 people in attendance. We had an awesome catered meal of chicken and pasta from Medures. Our guest Missionary to Hungary, Rick Wislocky, did a great job sharing testimonies of their work and how STL has influenced their ministry. Our offering received that night was just over $1,900.00!
Our prayer is for all of us to be faithful in our giving and in our fundraisers to successfully meet the goal we have set for 2006. We have two weeks of offerings left, with the last one being at our Christmas party on December 20th. We challenge you to bring all you can that night as a gift for Jesus. We are also continuing to receive donations for the Christmas card distribution.
