Maybe if church people knew how much damage they do to their Pastors with their words, attitudes and actions, they would consider the consequences? Maybe not. I would love to write a book called "Pastoral Pain" to document some of the stories from Pastors around the country who have been hurt, betrayed and damaged due to "rabid sheep attacks". Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to lash out and vent anger issues. I just think that people ought to know the heart ache that ministers go through. Do you have a story? I'm listening...and if you give me permission, I'll put it in my book.

Pastoral Pain

Hey Roger,
You are on to something there with a book. There are a lot of people out there that have no idea what pain and suffering a pastor goes through trying to shepherd God's people. It's not a simple or easy job. It's probably the hardest thing going, you deal in the souls of men, and there are many times your soul is the one needing the healing.
